I occasionally write a blog about the high school reading curriculum, suggesting changes and updates based on her experiences as a high school student and literature BA graduate. The blog analyzes books that are often put on reading lists and why they may or may not belong there, as well as books that don't usually make it onto the curriculum and their merits. Topics vary from "Catcher in the Rye is Overrated" to "Why Do We Bother With Shakespeare?".
